Our items are processed through quality control before and after design.
• Photographs are taken prior to shipping.
• All items are Custom Made according to Size, Design and Personalisation. Therefore, items cannot be returned.
• Once items are shipped we are not responsible for missing or damaged goods.
• We are not responsible for delays in shipment once the item has been dispatched.
• We are not responsible for any taxes added during shipping process.
• Proof of shipping is always obtained.
• We do not guarantee arrival dates. Guidance for production and delivery timescales are given. Yet, there can be delays/issues in shipment, particularly International destinations. Again, we are not responsible for these delays.

Cancellations
We do accept cancellations within an hour time frame after purchase.
We would need an email from the customer requesting the cancellation, using the same email address and confirming the order number.
Any cancellation requests sent later than one hour after purchase can not be fulfilled and orders will go ahead as normal.

We custom make all items ourself, hard work goes into each design and high quality products and materials are used. We try remain affordable for the standard of our products and workmanship behind each order.
