PRODUCTION/ DISPATCH TIMESCALE
General Orders
General custom made orders placed take 7-10 business days to produce and then dispatch. This is not including weekends/holidays.
Tie Dye or Hand Dyed Orders.
These items in particular will take around 10-14 business days to produce. They are dyed by us, washed and tested prior to any designing.
Once complete you will receive an email notifying you of dispatch.
Handmade Tutus
Items such as these handmade from material will need a production timescale of 14-21 working days.
* Please ensure correct sizing is chosen as this cannot be altered once purchased.
* Please ensure personalisation is correct as this cannot be altered once purchased.
**Please note that the production/dispatch timescale does not include the delivery timescale.
DELIVERY TIMESCALE
All orders sent Tracked delivery.
UK
*UK orders around 2-3 working days delivery timescale after dispatch.
INTERNATIONAL
*International parcels are all sent TRACKED and provided with a tracking code.
*International orders around 10-14 working days delivery timescale after dispatch.
*Please ensure you enter all details correctly to ensure delivery and correct postal charges are covered. If the incorrect postal details have been given/ incorrect charges paid we will contact to pay this before shipment or cancel the order.
DELAYS
** Delays can be expected due to Postal strikes or international delays can also occur at customs/upon deporting.
** We cannot guarantee set arrival dates. Please take this into consideration when placing your order.
** Even though UK parcels are sent 48hr tracked delays are out of our hands and at times this may extend.
Taxes/Charges
We do not take any additional costs for any taxes/vat or charges. Therefore we are not responsible for any additional charges added during shipment or upon arrival at your destination. Customers will be expected to pay this upon arrival. (If anything is picked up by customs)
If items are held for certain periods of time (usually 30days) they are returned back or in some cases disposed of.
We are not responsible for this. We cannot refund or resend any items. It is your responsibility to collect parcels if held at your local postal office. All items are made to each specific order according to size/design/style/personalisation. It is your own responsibility to collect or arrange redelivery if your postal provider has attempted to deliver, you must do this promptly and in the correct time frame.
If the parcel does manage to return to us, postage charges will be reapplied and need paying to reship the parcel. Item/s will not be remade or altered, the exact parcel will be resent upon receipt of postal cost to reship.
NOTICE
Please understand that there can be delays in shipment with your order. This is something out of our hands and we will do our best to provide updates where possible.
We MUST be notified of any delays that extend 5 working days after the expected arrival date.
We can then look into the matter and monitor the situation.
We do have evidence of delivered parcels and can contact our couriers if needed to investigate any "missing parcel" issues.
Again, this is a matter out of our control and response times from couriers can be extensive, we will work as quickly as we can to provide any updates.
If no contact is made within this time frame, we presume you have your parcel safely and cannot assist after this.
